back to being a shopaholic

Yeah. Hahaha! Had BBQ on saturday with my department. Can't really call them colleagues cos they are quite fun to be with. Hahaha. And I don't want to sound so old either. (((:

Rah. Anyway, went to Clarke Quay Central after BBQ. After one month, my hairband is still there. Hehe. (((: And theres a 15% storewide discount. Hahaha! I always have this kind of luck. So I bought it for $15??? Hahaha. Yeah. I bought a paint-splashed top too. And a vintage kind of long necklace. Hahaha. Seriously, shopping can take VW off my mind. Good!

Saw Chanel N5's new advertisement/film featuring Audrey Tautou and Travis Davenport. Both of them are damn hot!!!!! -swoons Hahaha!

I managed to survive yesterday's Japanese on my own! Yay! ((:

Hmm and I think I need to get back to that shop to get the clutch. OMG!!!!!!!

the urge to splurge

Was reading some fashion blogs. Omg! I think I need my weekly dosage of shopping! AHHH! And Angel told me she got a pair of tie-dye leggings for S$10 from Hong Kong?!?!?! TEN freaking bucks. Oh man! I want one too! ): I need more skirts and tshirt dresses. And I think I'm going back to Clarke Quay to get the boho headband I saw. Its $17 but I don't care. I haven't shop properly for a month! :O

Had a department meeting two days ago. I have no idea why I need to attend it though I'm just a temporary staff. Yeap. Anyway, my general manager was like "So wherewill you be studying?" I was like "Er... NUS?" He was like "Oh! Congratulations!" and looked around, expecting the others to look surprised. Then he was like "Why all of you don't look surprised? You guys already knew it?" My manager was like "I told you! But you forgot!" Gosh. Their facial expressions then were damn funny. I was trying to control myself from laughing. XP Rah!

I want to pick up the Trumpet again. Serious.

overeating is a no-no

Binged on chocolate ice cream and caramel slices!!!!!!!! Rah. But they made me feel a lot better. Talked to Rachel on the phone just now. ((: Talked about what happened in Clarke Quay. Hahaha. Seriously damn embarrassing. :S Hehe. Yeah. Thank you girl! I feel like I can tell you anything without feeling awkward. Hahaha. Yup. And thank you Ryan! Though mobile's MSN sucks and our conversation was cut off. Rah. And I didn't type that message! The senior was referring to ME. Hahaha! Yeah. So its not for you! I didn't call you *that*. Hahaha!

Its SYF today. No matter what you guys got, I'm still proud of you my lovely Trumpet Section!!!!!!!!!!! Think you guys are strong! If its me, I sure cry till the whole place is flooded. :S Whatever.

Omg. Its been like more than half a month since I last blogged. I have been sleeping late just to play VW. Gosh. Thats like the stupidest thing I've ever done. ): I've met lots of mean people and I dont know why I'm getting upset over them. ): Just because they hitlist me. Like its just the stats that are screwed. Seriously!

Okay. So I'm back! Back to visiting cupcakes and fashion websites, blogs, etc etc. I'll miss my virtual friends. This sounds dumb but some are really friendly. Yeah. But falling too deeply into the game is not my cup of tea. I need to get my life back!

I know you've been inside the chem lab the whole day. It doesn't give you the reason to use that tone. I'm a GIRL! Can you at least be more sensitive! Maybe when you're angry, you don't really mean it. But what you said hurt me! ))':

Yeah I know. I heard it from my friends and teachers. But its only for four years. And I like Physics and Math so yeah. I guess I have to work hard throughout my university life! ((:

It's hard but the it pays out on the end. You are lucky I had 5 years. Heads up it's not all so bad you just have to find the balance in your studis and free time. =))

Yeah! Actually every course has its own difficulties. I must appreciate the fact that I get to do the course I like so I should work hard. ((:

It 's important to do what like in your life because if do something you dont like you will newer find happines in what you do. but if like what you do it wont be so hard. =)))

Just talked to someone about Mechanical Engineering. I am happy that I will be studying M.E. but seriously I'm scared. Scared that "boys can do engineering better than girls" is true. Scared that "girls don't have the strength for engineering". Scared that "the chinese scholars are going to top the cohort and leave the Singaporeans no chance of getting good cert". But I think its all cos I am not confident of myself. I tend to worry too much and in the end, it affects me a lot such that I cannot do my best.

YEAH MAN! I want to be like my friend (Okay Aida, don't laugh). I just want to enjoy learning all about Mechanical Engineering and not care about all the other little things. Just enjoy and focus on learning. Oh. And learn how to trust myself! (((:

That was a good wake-up call. ((: THANK YOU. (even though you don't read my blog) Hahaha. Anyway, I've been playing Vampire Wars for more than 15 hours a day. stop me from spending

Friday was Good Friday! Yay! No work for Friday. Now I'm looking forward to Labour Day. Hahaha. Seriously I am getting sick of work cos most of the time theres nothing for me to do. I don't want to spend the whole day using the internet or acting busy. I wanted to work so that I will not get bored. But obviously its not fulfilled. Tsk. Can't wait for the end of May cos I will stop working officially and concentrate on my Japanese and driving lessons! (((:

Watched Confessions of a Shopaholic with my aunt and sister on Friday. Remembered something about what the character said. Something like.. "When I buy something, the whole world gets better." Hahaha! Omg. I think its true at times. Oh wells. Anyway, went shopping after that. :S I didn't spend a lot luckily! Like only a pair of heels which I need to buy before the one I always wear give way. Hahaha. I bought it at a discount okay so its alright! (((:

Started queuing for Uniqlo at 7pm. We only got in at 730pm! I practically had no luck in finding the right sizes. All thats left are either L or XL. Those few M that I found are kinda big too. Tsk. Actually the clothes are not really that nice, as compared to those in Japan. Probably because they never bring in the full range. Hahaha. So we spent like two hours in Uniqlo (cos we spent one hour waiting for our turns to try on the clothes okay!) In the end I only bought a gladiator sandals at $4.90 (YES! FOUR NINETY. GOOD STEAL!) and a black cardigan. The material is really soft. ((: Guess how much we spent in total? $348.48 Hahaha! Nice numbers.

Okay okay. I think I really need to stop spending. I need to stop and think what are my needs and wants.

1. Finish reading and revising Basic Theory. Goodness. From last last week till now, I haven't fiish reading it cos I am too lazy to do so. :S
2. Bring my one-piece dress with suspenders to the tailor!
3. Go running on two evenings.
4. Visit UNIQLO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OMG!!!!!! Ym told me UT is on promotion! $19.90 for one tee. I love their tee and the colourful range of skinny jeans thats now $69.90. They look so pretty together I feel like buying the whole collection. Hahaha. Original price is hundred plus when I went to Japan. OMGGGG!
5. Get a new vintage necklace. I haven't been shopping! :O

Anyway, watched Detroit Metal City online on Sunday night. Rach's recommendation. Hahaha! Its damn funny. I think the actor who acted as L is really talented. Hahaha. He's able to act two extreme characters.

I realised that my Vampire Wars stats is screwed up. My vampire died three times and I killed others five times. -____- I don't even know who I killed, except for the first. Okay. Shall stop blogging and do my work for now. I shall be good today. ((:

mash potato, vampires, chocolates

Omg. I don't know why but I guess females enjoy being bitchy to one another. Hahaha. Don't mind me. This is going to be a super bitchy post. Argh.

The thing I dislike most is people staring at other people's food when they're eating or waiting. I went to Shokudo and I ordered an omelette. As I walked past the next table, the woman literally turned from her right to the left. Wth. I mean if people like look for like, one to two seconds, its natural. Doesn't she have any manners? Oh. An another incident. It just happened during lunch. Cos I ordered Indian food, my colleagues found it interesting so they were like looking at my lunchbox. THATS NATURAL. BUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUT, one of my colleagues usd her thumb to point at the mash potato. Its LESS THAN A BLOODY CM away from my food. WTH. Seriously. And she's the one who told another colleague I am doing nothing cos I haven't return her the stack of invoices she gave me. Wth man. Info haven't come in yet so I cannot start my work at all. And last time when I gave you back five stacks at a go, you complained. And that bitch said "Your work very nice wor. Simple simple also get good money hor." Yeah. I am quoting her. Thats how she speaks. I tell you if my work is as difficult as yours, I will have the same pay as you. No, probably higher. But I won't be an accountant, thank you. Tsk.

I think Aida's right about me being addicted to Facebook's Vampire Wars. Hahaha. Within one week my ranking is 1942. The highest in Facebook is 5000+++. Hahaha. Omg. And there is something with my account now. I cannot save my points in the blood bank. Argh. I'm carrying 154291 points with me right now! I tell you if anyone attacks me and I lose the points I'm gonna hitlist that person. Speaking of hitlist, I've been hitlist once but I haven't hitlist someone yet! ))):

My dad just came back for London. Hahaha. I love Lindt chocolates. The chocolates are actually round with a melted centre. The chocolate burst in your mouth la. Hahaha. Damn nice. ((:
I ate five at a go yesterday.

Still have to go for basic theory practice on Saturday morning. And I haven't finish reading the booklet yet. Hmmmmm. But at least things are getting better! I manage to force myself awake until ten plus then I'll sleep. I don't fall asleep right after bathing anymore. Hahaha. Okay. I'm gonna quit work after end of May definitely. I haven't enjoy lazy mornings yet. I want to go to Holland V during weekdays. Hahaha. Enjoy my breakfast at Provence!!!!!!!! Rah. I want wassants!!!! Sigh. Okay. Whatever. punishment, nightmares and chocolates

Hahaha. I realised that nowadays I am very lazy to think of a title so I just summarize what I have to blog.

Yesterday I got my sweet revenge! (((: Cos I had to file AGAIN, I told my Manager that I couldn't reach the top shelf so she suggested asking one of the engineers to help. I was like "Punish that Louis for adjusting the stupid aircon!" Hahaha. Yeah. I made him stand on the stool instead of the ladder. Hahaha! I feel mean but I don't care. Hahaha! I told him stack the files up on top of each other. After he arranged some of the files, he told me theres not enough space. When I went to check, I realised that he didn't stack them alternately la. Like the thicker side of a file to the thinner side of another one. WTH. I just burst out laughing la. Hahaha! So evil. Hahaha! Actually after lunch I already nagged at him. Hahaha! I feel so evl but I don't care.

Okay. So anyways, after I went home, I ate my dinner (cake! unhealthy but I haven't had cake for a long time!), showered then I went to put on my cucumber eye masks and I FELL ASLEEP! WTH. I was supposed to wake up fifteen mins later but oh wells. Woke up at 1230. Hahaha. Panicked like shit. Went to pack my bag and prepare my outfit for today then I went to sleep again. Hahaha! Oh. Guess what I dreamt about. I dreamt that mr seng scolded me in front of the whole school. Told Aida about it, she was like "Why him?" Oh. The horror! Hahaha! Luckily its just a nightmare.

My colleagues ordered pizza for lunch. I am supposed to go vegetarian today (every thursday!) so I couldn't join them. Yeah. And I didn't want to eat the horrible canteen food so I decided to skip lunch. Was accompanying Akari in the other room cos she bought her lunchbox and I wanted to read my Basic Theory book (the GM will kaypo if he sees what I am doing at my desk!). Hahaha. Suddenly, I was like "I know why I have no appetite! I only want chocolates!" Hahaha! Akari is a fellow Chocoholic too! ((: So the two of us went to Shell station. I bought Maltesers, Hello Panda and Ferrero Rocher. WTH RIGHT. On our way back, we were like talking about our occassion cravings for snacks. Hahaha! When I came back, my colleagues were like "Pizza don't want, you want chocolates!" Hahaha. But chocolates make me H-A-P-P-I-E. (((:

eyebags and flu

Omg. I hate the engineers. Now I know why sometimes my GM will adjusts the aircon temperature. I WANT TO SLEEP NOW cos i have a terrible flu. Oh man. The aircon was blowing damn strongly in my direction just now. I felt like I was back in Kyoto during winter. Like those winds that can reach your bones those kind. OMG. ARGH. Thank goodness my Manager helped me to adjust the temperature.

Anyway, went for my first basic theory lesson. Okay. My classmates were all bangladesh. Hahaha! Like the total number of girls in the class was four. wWth. Hahaha. Luckily the lessons are not fixed. I am going for my second lesson on Saturday. Yay.

I think I'll quit my job at the end of May. Yeah. I need a break and I definitely need to rest. I think staring at the computer the whole day makes my eyes tired (EYEBAGSSSSSSSS!!!!!!). Its not good for my eyesight too! I still have lots of things to do (and buy. Hehe.) I'm going to quote Rachel. "My heart is dying to go shopping but my body doesn't allow me to" Yeah man. Totally applies to me now. ))): I need to shop, read up on life science and computing, focus on my Japanese and DRIVING LESSONS!!! Omg. Sigh.

And I need to blog about the filing assignment! Okay. I was supposed to take out he stuff in some files and bind them. Anyway, before I could do that, I must arrange the cupboards first. The files are freaking heavy. They are at least 1.5kg. NOT EXAGGERATING. The files are at least 8 cm thick. Yeah. Anyway, I had to climb up and down, carrying files. I timed myself. I was in the super crammed room for like 50mis. Its like working out in a gym except that the files are the weights. Anyway, I dropped the files (ALL OF THEM) twice. I don't know what I did but all of them just fell out of the cupboard and I had to rearrange. )): And its was so loud. Damn embarrassing man.

Oh yes. Couldn't get the 15 April slot of Japanese Elementary Two. Which means I won't be in the same class as Michelle. BOOOOOOOOOOOOO. Hopefully some of my ex-classmates will be in my class cos they're funny and funkyayyyyyyyyye.

I find myself counting down to 12pm nowadays cos thats when I am fully awake. See! I told you I am really tired. (At 3pm, I will be back to my half-awake mood again). Ah. Okay. I think I don;t make sense in this post. I shall stop blogging and close my eyes secretly. Hahaha. Tata~
